1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TanningAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. TanningAI is operated by GREAT APPS TEKNOLOJI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, a company registered in Turkey ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

TanningAI provides UV index tracking, personalised tanning routines, skin analysis, and related health insights. The service is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

TanningAI Premium can be purchased through two channels:

Web purchases. Purchases made on our website are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout and payment processing, may collect applicable taxes, and may issue receipts and other billing communications on our behalf.

iOS purchases. Purchases made inside the iOS app go through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; after cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may vary by region. Free trials, if offered, are limited to one per user. For details on trials, cancellations, and refunds, see our Refund Policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service for others.

5. Limitation of Liability

TanningAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to sunburn or skin damage. You are responsible for your own sun safety decisions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.
