1. Billing Partner
Payments for purchases made on our website are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout, payment processing, and applicable taxes for those orders. Paddle's own buyer terms may also apply to your purchase.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged. The free trial is the intended way to evaluate TanningAI Premium before committing to a paid subscription.
3. All Sales Final
Once a trial has ended or a purchase has been completed, payments are non-refundable. This applies to the first purchase, to subsequent renewal charges, and to annual plans. Please use the free trial to decide whether TanningAI is right for you.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep full access to Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.
5. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country, including any statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Where such rights apply, we always honor them, and refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
7. App Store Purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS app go through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
